Comperia Group Management Board

The Comperia Group Management Board is a team of experienced experts who guide the company’s strategy and development, ensuring its market position and innovation.

Szymon Fiecek

CEO

Active in the IT industry since 1996, he started as a freelancer working on various online projects. In 2006, he began his professional career at PCB Difin and MĂĽller sp. z o.o. as well as Difin S.A., where he was responsible for maintaining and developing IT systems and online platforms.

From 2012 to 2014, he served as Vice President of the Management Board at KeepOne sp. z o.o. and SpaceDrive sp. z o.o., overseeing key strategic technology projects. Currently, he runs his own business specializing in innovative IT solutions and IT system management.

Cezary Tokarski

A graduate of the Warsaw University of Life Sciences (SGGW), where he earned a master’s degree in Economics. He specializes in modern financial technologies and marketing, which he further developed at the University of Warsaw and the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH). He holds the Dimaq Professional – Digital Marketing certification (IAB Poland, 2020).

He began his career at CR Media Consulting S.A., where he was responsible for launching and expanding the affiliate network. Later, as Sales and Marketing Director at ClickAd sp. z o.o., he managed business development and sales strategies. He has also collaborated with OMD Poland and Initiative, creating digital media planning teams and shaping key partners’ online presence strategies.

Mariusz Fornal

Graduate of a master’s degree in Electronics and Telecommunications, specializing in Teleinformatics, from the Military University of Technology in Warsaw. After completing his studies, he pursued additional qualifications through courses and training programs in information technology, covering programming, network and system administration, IT security, and project management methodologies.

He gained his first professional experience at TrafficMedia Sp. z o.o., where he held the position of Lead Programmer and Project Manager. He was responsible for managing projects, as well as recruiting and training IT staff.

With the Comperia Group since 2011, he initially oversaw the development of the company’s systems and web portals. Over the years, his responsibilities expanded to include administration, project management, training, and recruitment.

In 2016, he was appointed Deputy IT Director, taking on responsibility for managing the IT department and technology, as well as supporting the execution of strategic business projects.

Rafał Bojarczuk

He is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Management, which he completed in 2003. In the same year, he also obtained an MBA certificate with a specialization in Business Administration. He began his professional career in the manufacturing industry, where he gained experience in process management.

 

He later focused on import operations, developing skills in logistics and international trade. His management competencies were further enhanced while working in the real estate development industry, where he supervised construction projects and managed risk.

Monika Schienke

A graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics, where she completed her master’s studies in the Economic and Social program with a specialization in Financial Management. After graduation, she expanded her knowledge not only through practical experience but also by participating in numerous courses and training sessions in management, insurance, and accounting.

She has been associated with the insurance industry since the beginning of her career.

She gained experience in handling claims for property and personal insurance. Later, she developed her competencies in internal control at “TUW” and participated in the Insurance Crime Prevention Task Force at the Polish Insurance Association (PIU). She was also responsible for managing life insurance claims at leading groups such as Generali and Allianz. Additionally, she took part in numerous process optimization and efficiency improvement projects, including developing system solutions.
